eskimosoup were commissioned by Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust to establish the views of a range of stakeholders to support the development of a brand for the Healthy Child Programme across a large area of Northern England.
Additionally, we were challenged to gain customer insight into how children, young people and families can be encouraged to engage with the service and develop marketing tools that will appeal to and attract these groups.
We undertook two phases of consultation to create an approach that truly represented the views of children, young people, parents and carers throughout County Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough and North Yorkshire.
A shortlist of design styles, identities and supported messages was presented to stakeholders at meetings, workshops and at locations frequented by our target audience to solicit a range of view and gage the preferences for each segment. Drawing on the most appealing and appropriate aspects the band direction was agreed.
The brand has been well-received by commissioners, client and target audience and is now being widely implemented through a service that will improve the lives of thousands of young people.
